Frequently asked questions

We are very happy that you noticed our event and provide you some most common questions beeing asked by the participants of CR Moto events:

1. What is the procedure of reselling entry to CR Moto events:

- Important: You can transfer your ticket to any person, but when it is two days left till the start of the event you can sell only for the person who is riding in the same group as you.
- first of all new person (buyer) have to register to the event at our web www.crmoto.eu. Waiitng list if the event sold out.
- the person who is selling (seller) have to go to our web and Login. In My events meniu you fill find "Registration transfer" button under which you have to write buyer's email address.
- after that we will note it in our system and buyer will receive and email with payment confirmation

2. What is the cost of changing participant:

- it is free of charge.
- it is not allowed to sell single sessions or part of the day, you can sell only complete day or two.

3. When Can I enter the track before the event:

- usually you can enter the track from 7 p.m. day before the event starts. Please read an info about the vent.

4. Where can I find the pictures after the event? When it will be published?

- we post pictures free of charge on our FB page - CR Moto.
- usually it is being loaded at once after we receive it from photographer.
- we do not store more pictures in our PC's than it is loaded on our FB page.
- if you want higher resolution pictures, please contact the photographer which is usually noted in our album.

5. Can I cancel the event and get the money back?

Cancellations 30 days or more notice:

Full refund - credit note (valid 1year).

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice:
No refund, no credit note. The only option is – Change of Participant. CR Moto has the priority right to purchase a ticket from the participant and can make it at any time.

6. I did not recieve confirmation about payment, can you send it to me?
Sometimes emails providers block our emails due to sensitve information we send in them (payment info). First what we recommend is to check your "Spam". If you did not find anything there, then you can check the status of your registration in "My events" menu on our web. If status is "Paid" then you do not have to worry abut anything and just come to the event. Unfortunately we can not send you confirmation one more time.

 

7. What about COVID - 19

If event is cancelled, we offer full refund or credit upon decision of participant.
If the event is postponed, we move your registration to another date at the same racetrack. If  new event does not fit you, you can choose the other event from our list or credit note.
Please remember, that you can cancel your registration or change the event if not less than 30 days left to the event. After this term it is only possible to change the participant.
We are living with COVID already one year and it is not unexpected circumstances. Keep in mind that there may be some restrictions related with it. Standard cancelation policy applies for the events at this moment.
